At DIV3NITY, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions, timelines, and process for returns and refunds.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Customized or made-to-order products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will evaluate the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at wecare@div3nity.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. Provide the reason for your return

If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item:

  • Please return the original item
  • Place a new order separately

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in production and cannot be modified or canceled.

Fulfillment & Production

Some of our products are made-to-order through trusted fulfillment partners (including Tapstitch).
Because of this, processing times may vary and certain items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
